Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be returned in their original condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must be in their original packaging. Items must be free from damage, unless they arrived defective.
How to Return
To start your return, please email us at support@curvesnatch.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions, including the return address, and a return form to include with your item. Please package the item securely in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return after receiving the item. Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles to reflect in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@curvesnatch.com.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and specify your exchange request. We’ll process the exchange as soon as the original item is returned and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@curvesnatch.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem for you.
