Just placed your order? Great! Keep an eye out for a confirmation email that'll detail everything you've ordered and where it's headed. Please double-check the info, especially your shipping details, and let us know ASAP if there are any errors. Haven't received your email within 24 hours? It might be lurking in your spam folder, so check there before reaching out to us.

Shipping Regions: We deliver to the UK, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.


Logistics Partners: Our shipments are handled by trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS, THT, FedEx, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, Yanwen, and 4PX.


Dispatch Locations: CurveSnatch operates factories and warehouses in the United Kingdom, the United States, and China. We select the quickest shipping route based on where stock is available and shipping logistics.


Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. However, processing times may extend during busy periods such as holidays and major sales.


Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a notification email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


Delivery Prices/Times: We offer FREE tracked shipping worldwide with a shipping time between 5-12 business days. 


Please note, delivery times might stretch a bit during peak season or if customs decides to take a closer look at your package. We do everything we can to speed things along, but sometimes things beyond our control can cause delays. Thanks for understanding!


Can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll get an Order Confirmation email that locks in all your order details. After your items ship out, we’ll send over a Shipping Confirmation email. This will include your order number, details about the carrier, and when your order was placed, plus the current status and tracking numbers for any items on the move. Give it 24 hours, then you can start tracking your package directly on the carrier’s official website.
Once your goodies make their way into your country, the local postal service take over. You can keep tracking your parcel with the same number on your local postal service's website. If there’s any hiccups with the delivery, speak first with your local shipping crew. They’ve got the inside scoop and can sniff out any details we might not have.

Please note that tracking is only active for 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.

What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

We go the extra mile to ensure your products travel safely, but sometimes things get a little ruff during transit. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please reach out to us at support@curvesnatch.com within 3 business days. Attach a picture of the damage to speed things along!
Also, if you spot any issues at the time of delivery—like a soaked or damaged package—make sure to mention it to the carrier right then and there. This helps us keep everything on a tight leash and address your concerns quickly.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@curvesnatch.com as soon as you can. Once the package shipped out, we are unable to change the address.

What if I am not at home when my package arrives?

If you're not home when your package arrives, no worries! The delivery team will slip a notification card through your door. Your parcel will then either be re-delivered or safely waiting for you at your local sorting office.
